If you wish to update a file without overwriting and erasing the data in the original file you can make a second or subsequent copy of the file, to do this select SAVE AS from the main file menu (instead of SAVE ) to open the save as file display ,as shown above, and then ENTER
The calculator will detect that the file already exists and display the above screen and give you the option of making a copy of the file without overwriting the original, left click on the make a copy bar to do this
The title of the file has now been prefixed 02, this file can now be SAVEd to overwrite it or SAVED AS again if required to make a further copy 03, up to 99 copies of a file can be made in this way
